While waiting to view “Man on Wire” at Millennium Park, I was amazed to see the Flying Wallendas, a family act that performs high-wire acts without a safety harness. The overall performance was incredible. When one of the performers stood on the shoulders of the senior Wallenda, I said, ” WOW!” This is the WOW factor we talk about in job interviews. What will you do to captivate your audience?
