As a recruiter, I love to help guide candidates to successful placements with clients. It’s not always the easiest process. Hiring managers want “best in class” talent with track records of success, ready to move up and on. Why am I re-stating the obvious work of an executive recruiter? On Jan 19, 2020, my beloved mother, who just celebrated her 92nd birthday, passed on to the next world.
She is now my guardian angel, watching out for me and providing guidance from above. It’s always good to have a coach.
Eddie Hazan was a remarkable French teacher. She encouraged her students to study, work hard and aim for success. Reading her past students’ testimonials, I was amazed at how much of a positive impact she had had with students of all ages and backgrounds. To me, she was just Mommy.
She taught me that hard work, a positive attitude and continuous learning would pay off. To all of my clients and candidates, may we excel at work (and play), participate in our communities, be kind and give back. For this, we shall all be the better.
