03-16-20: Positive Action Leads To Change. LH&A Is Here For You

How well can you predict the outcome of your actions? The behaviors we exhibit in times like this, where COVID-19 can bring businesses to a standstill and life to a halt as we understand it, will determine our abilities to handle stress. VUCA is an acronym that stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. This combination of words, taken together, characterize the nature  of difficult conditions. VUCA is a term taken from the military, used to describe business today. The antidote to VUCA is also VUCAVision, Understanding, Clarity and Agility.  We come together (in person or virtually) make decisions, solve problems, handle risks and innovate for change.
It is time to rise above it all. Don’t panic. Bring acts of kindness and look out for one another. When one door closes, another opens. We can use multi-sensory tools to come together and take action. Remember the human element to stay connected without physically working side-by-side. Let our individual strengths be our collective solutions. The art of conversation will make are-bound! We are grateful that our clients continue to recruit. We even have a virtual job opening! LH+A is committed to your success. Let’s work together to achieve our collective goals.

P.S. We adapt and change to changing circumstances. My NSENG workshop, How to Work with a Recruiter will be changed to a Webinar format on Monday, April 6. More details to follow.
