  • Build annual integrated plans, budgets and deployment calendars. Tactics include: social media, advertising, trade shows, white papers, bylined articles, events, SME speaking engagements, new business presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling communication strategies and constructs that explain functionality and benefits.
  • Plan and leverage relationships/engagement with associations/conferences to drive brand awareness and propel place in the market.
  • Develop asset library to drive seamless, efficient, on-message communications.
  • Write and edit compelling content including bios, customer case studies, presentation decks, landing pages, outbound email campaigns, white papers, published articles and bylines, blog posts, social media pieces, sales collateral, etc.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with various industry trade press/associations/thought leaders to keep company top of mind.
  • Collaborate with internal design and support resources, as well as external resources (e.g. PR agency).
  • Develop concise briefs that drive all related creative/messaging efforts.
  • Lead execution of various elements of plan through cross-functional teams; ensure program deliverables are executed across multiple communication channels.
  • Assist in development of all multi-media, PowerPoint, video for campaigns and events.

About the Position and You:

You are a rockstar Senior Art Director. You have strong conceptual design chops to join rapidly growing in-house creative team to help build emerging brand.  You have strong conceptual skills and exceptional art direction talent across multiple media. You operate with solid grasp of the brand. You elevate and evolve the aesthetic while supporting overall brand direction alongside the creative director.

You will collaborate with creative director, designers, copywriters and other marketing staff. You will work on cross-departmental initiatives across wide range of media, including digital and traditional offline campaigns at national scale. Daily projects include: email marketing, display ads, landing pages, social, print, offline, internal collateral, etc. You will guide in-house photographer for on-the-spot photography sets to bring your concepts to life.

Ideal job for self-starter who works well both independently and with team. Will uphold design integrity throughout every stage of project. Must be able to take projects from kick off to production through all stages of creation across both B2B and C2C channels.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art & Design
  • 5-7 years’ agency experience minimum.
