You will plan, implement, and optimize Social Media programs to create compelling conversations and engage across multiple audience and influencer segments.   • Work with SEM, SEO, and PR teams; leverage social media channels as part of integrated marketing programs to ensure alignment on benchmarks/strategy
  • Work with SEO Specialist; implement SEO strategies
  • Identify distinct audience segments; share/work with internal marketing teams to build engagement
  • Monitor relevant external conversations; identify/prioritize areas for ongoing engagement
  • Monitor employees’ company-based social activity; educate/enable them to use social channels for company benefit
  • Optimize/update the social media strategy, stay current on new social media channels/ technology/ execution platforms
  • Manage creative partners to develop creative content
  • Deliver regular reporting on social media performance and impact on company
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis, identify opportunities to gain an edge on competitors
