04-28-2017: Celebrate! New Life, Jobs and Reasons to be Grateful

At LH&A, we celebrate every moment we can, even if it’s with sparkling grape juice. We congratulate LH&A Associate, Lisa Russ (holding the selfie stick) on her upcoming marriage and wish Lisa and Ken all the best in their new life together.
In between toasts, we are busy recruiting for a variety of openings. It’s now a CANDIDATE driven market for talent. Clients are eager to hire. There is a shortage of candidates at the experience levels we need.  As a result, our clients are being more flexible with regard to the number of years of experience (retail Mk) and will also consider freelance PR pros for the real estate PR agency. We’re also getting closer on our other real estate corporate communications opening.
We hope to announce new jobs soon as well. Pass on our job specs to friends and family. Referrals are golden!
  1. Retail Marketing Manager– western suburbs of Chicago. Manufacturing client sells to “do it yourself” and home improvement stores. Candidate should have 3-5 years of Mk experience, ideally from a manufacturing environment that sells products through the retail channel.
  2. Real Estate PR Agency– near north Chicago suburbs. 2 positions.  Will consider candidates for full time or freelance work.  No real estate experience is necessary. If you are smart, love to write, pitch and manage client projects, you will thrive here.

That’s why mastering the art of networking and learning to communicate your value are so critical to any job search.
